CC: means scratch. Anyone who appears in the Cc: field of the message will receive a copy as soon as the message is sent. All other recipients of this message can see that the person you have nominated as CC: the recipient has received a copy of the message.
Bcc: means copy. This is similar to the Cc: function, except that the Cc: recipient is not visible to all other recipients of the message, including other Bcc recipients. For example, if you send a message: and Bcc:, johndoe will see itself as the sole recipient of the message. Janedoe, on the other hand, knows that she can see that you have sent a message: johndoe and you have copied it. To add an entry to the Bcc: field, click the Sw Bcc link to the right of the To: field.
Note: To send messages, you must always specify at least one recipient in the To: field. Otherwise, when you try to send a message, you will see an error message.
