Definition of Trust power:
Authority give by the owner of a property (called a donor) to a person (called an appointor or donee) with the clear indication that the property is to pass on to another person (called an appointee). Whether this act of the donor creates a trust depends on his or her express or presumed intention as inferred from the language of the agreement. Also called power in nature of trust.
