Ingredients
2 cups long grain rice
1 cup sugar
4 vanilla tea
1 1/2 teaspoons of cinnamon powder
Preparation
1. In a bowl, cover the rice and 10 cups of water and refrigerate until the seeds break easily by pressing, for 24 hours or 2 days.
2. In a blender, mix 2 cups rice mixture with sugar, vanilla and cinnamon until sugar dissolves and mixture is smooth, put in a large or whole bowl (at least 3 1/2 quarts) )۔ Mix the rest of the rice mixture with the seasoning, add some portions to the bowl if necessary and keep stirring until the mixture blends well with the aroma. Add more sugar to taste and if desired.
3. After serving, shake the dough (the bleached rice has reached the bottom). Fill the ice with ice cubes and then rock.

Just some information about Rita
Rchata is found in Central American and Mexican cuisines, but is very common in El Salvador cuisine. [Citation needed] Rchata is a rice or mountain beverage, and some formulations contain both. Although the drink is usually brown and smooth, some recipes require milk and some do not. Other ingredients usually include sugar, cinnamon and vanilla. Tugh rchata used to be a common food, now it is ready to drink (can be stored or refrigerated) and is available in powder form in supermarkets.
In the United States, rice or nasal rachata is served in many El Salvador restaurants, and tiger nut rachata is almost unknown. Rice rakata is sometimes available in American supermarkets and convenience stores, especially in Latin neighborhoods. Today it can also be found in some Mexican restaurants.
Rakata, found in El Salvador, is often made with a mixture of spices instead of rice. In El Salvador, racata is usually flavored with moro (pumpkin) seeds, cocoa powder and cinnamon and sesame seeds, and in some cases this style is served in El Salvador restaurants.
Like a wine mixer
Rakata is used as a rice rocket mixer in some Latin American bars in Southern California. This drink contains 2 parts rchata, 1 part coconut and a pinch of Goldschläger on ice.
