All the answers were about caramel / caramel wrapped in yellow chocolate.

I remember a nice, cheerful candy, isn't it a package with a smiling blonde?
I remember it very well. My dad (unfortunately not here anymore) loved them, I think he had blue chocolate with the girl in the candy chocolate which I remember.
I remember looking for packaging on eBay just to solve the ongoing fight with mom and dad. She has curly hair and a smiling face. We used to buy 1/4 of this candy for the Sunday afternoon movie.
I still remember him as a child (I am now 66 years old). It was delicious. Can anyone tell me where to get it or is it now known as James Caramel Toffees?
