Does anyone know how long an average person walks 2 1/2 miles?
It depends on how fast you walk. The average SD is 35 miles per hour. So if you run 2.5 miles between these SDs (4 miles per hour) it will take about 37 37.5 minutes. This is where you start the technique. I would say between 3540 minutes.
It depends on your shape. The army walked 2.5 miles instead of 2 miles for those who could not walk at the time. The minimum time for PK for 26 years is less than 32 minutes.
This time you guys are smoking (as far as I can see) it's better to go between 40 and 45 minutes.
Walking 2.5 miles
I am 59 years old and I run 2 1/2 miles in 45 minutes, my knees hurt so I can't go very fast. Was the price good then?
