Yes, this is new because you just placed an order. Therefore, your order is new and should be shipped immediately. All is well because you have received your order confirmation via email.
OMG it's the same for me ... it took 13 days to process the order ... I will check the Tomorrow website and see if the order status has changed, if not contact customer service.
