I don't know why everyone is saying that XD Green Puppy is wrong according to SW.
! Hahaha in the past the dog was not green, so SW is called Blue Index, it should be blue, you may need to adjust the color settings of your TV: P
But I think the sex of the dog is deliberately unknown, so it could be whatever you want. If you can avoid stereotypes, I would say this is a boy.
