I checked my Bank of America balance online and the fee is:

ACH LD LIM ENG IAT PAYPAL LE 02/18 0.93

ACH LD PAYPAL INST XFER LE 18/02 5.00

And various other fees, up to $ 15. I've read that it's a PayPal transfer fee when shopping on eBay, but why are the prices so high and people's names included?

Other names include Mao Zedong, Wojciech Chameli, Andrea Turner and Atomic Cherry. All prices are from February 18.

You should contact your bank immediately, or better yet, come in person to resolve the issue. PayPal does not charge buyers to use this service, only sellers.

If you notice an unknown charge, reprimand your bank immediately.

PayPal is a scam and you should be able to pay by credit card on eBay.
